My class is kindergarten, my class code is yrupu4e. Here is my class introduction and assignment explanation. Welcome to Kindergarten! I am Ms. Collins and I will be your teacher for the year. This week we will be focusing on Letters! This week we will go over letters in the alphabet, capital letters, lowercase letters, and how to spell your name! I want to see how much you know! When starting the assignments for this week, I want you to take the pre-assessment quiz to measure what you already know! After taking the quiz, I want you to watch the Alphabet You-Tube videos and print out the paper and write down the letters! Then, I would like you to play two games, the Alphabet Hunt game to search for the letter of the alphabet and uppercase letter game!  Lastly, I would like you to answer the question in the group discussion! I hope you have fun learning your ABC"s!

Welcome to kindergarten! I am super excited to be your teacher! Please take the questionnaire so I get to know you and your student better! It will have questions about you (as their caregiver) and questions about the student. In the video I explain how to do each assignment and I demonstrate how to do that. After you watch the video, please go back to our classroom on google classroom and submit the assignment! Hey kindergarteners!!! I have some big news, we are learning about numbers. I want you to watch this video I created for you guys and do the assignment posted! I am apologizing now for all of the technology difficulties. I was having SO many issues and I do not even know why!! I got the video done to the best of my abilities, so if something is still unclear, please let me know!





This Rubric is here to follow and see what is expected you all for the hopping through life cycles assignment! This is a little bit of a harder assignment but take your time on it! make sure to read through the whole rubric to know where you can earn your points for the assignments. This assignment is created to allow students to learn what cyber safety is and how to keep themselves safe on the internet. They will create a safety sea creature poster in the end!

In this lesson it talks about computational thinking and discusses different ways it can be applied into the classroom. Two different age groups are used. Such as kindergartens and third grade.

This is the first half of the lesson plan where students are following along to the instructions and going through the open educational resources. This lesson plan also accommodates for one student who is visually impaired.
